Ways to increase the efficiency of industrial production of combined feed

Abstract This paper aims at finding a solution to the main problem of feed production: increasing efficiency production process while improving quality products. The article develop an adequate mathematical model technological combined industrial production. authors have developed theoretical background for describing this on basis flow models within framework original “three effects” concept, stochastic has been created taking into account preservation exergy balance system. research tool is apparatus system analysis and theory random processes. An engineering-mathematical calculation parameters constructed was performed, verification preparing compound feeds in laboratory conditions carried out. As result research, established possibility controlling all subsystems system, outlined ways solve by reducing energy costs output product granulometric composition.
